Whether a calm, monolithic marble wall in the living space, a backlit onyx surface as a design feature, or textured travertine cladding – at CAMT, we fabricate wall panels for indoor and outdoor use to the millimetre, including matching format and fastening system.
Requirements for Wall Cladding
For wall cladding, appearance matters most: large-format, low-joint panels create a calm, monolithic effect. Depending on the application – interior space, wet area or facade – requirements for material thickness, fastening method and weather resistance differ considerably. Semi-translucent stones such as onyx additionally open up the possibility of backlighting for unique lighting effects.

In principle, almost all natural stones are suitable – from onyx to marble and travertine to granite for outdoor use. We're happy to advise you which material suits your room and application.
Onyx is naturally semi-translucent. With a light source behind the panel, a unique play of light emerges that dramatically showcases the stone's veining.
Yes, with frost-resistant stones such as granite or basalt and a suitable rear-ventilated fastening system, natural stone is also suitable for facades. Learn more on our Facades page.
