Wall Coping
Wall Coping –Protection with Standards.
Wall coping permanently protects garden, boundary and plinth walls from penetrating moisture – while giving the masonry a finished look. So that rainwater drains reliably, we fabricate coping slabs with slope and drip edge, fitted precisely to the length and thickness of your wall. At CAMT, we cut wall coping from frost-resistant natural stone such as sandstone, granite, basalt or porphyry to the millimetre.
Requirements for Wall Coping
Good wall coping directs water safely away from the masonry: a slight slope together with an underside drip edge prevents rainwater from running down the wall and soaking into joints or foundation. Since coping slabs are permanently exposed to the weather outdoors, the material must be frost-resistant and colour-fast. We fabricate every coping piece precisely to your wall length, including clean mitred corners.
At our CAMT showroom in Riesa, we advise you on material, thickness and edge profile for your project.
